Description:Fred Shepherds board always imbued the best of the English pre war designs; beautiful of course, capable at sea and so natural in their element when sailing. It is hard to criticise the treatment given to ALINE IV by her current owner who rescued her in 2002 and has rendered her a fast yet easy to sail vintage yacht to his and his familys full enjoyment - just as much as that of her first owner almost a century ago!

ALINE was originally designed in 1913 for a family with 5 boys all of whom were to serve their country in the First World War. Remarkably they all returned and the building proceeded for ALINE IV to be launched in 1919. The first owners lived in Woodbridge on the river Deben, were she was kept on a mooring.

Now she is for sale at Sea Independent. Inspections highly recommended.

Description:MIQUETTE is a classic sailing yacht. She is 72 ft. long and has been designed by David Pedrick in 1986. Pedrick is still running his office in Newport/RI, USA. After hav-ing lost the America‘s Cup for the first time ever in 1983 to AUSTRALIA II with her new and famous wing keel, Pedrick became part of the design team for the US yacht STARS & STRIPES. He was mainly responsable for her keel which also was a wing
keel.
Dennis Conner, who had lost the cup in 1983, won it back in Fremantle/Western Aus-tralia in 1987. As MIQUETTE, formerly named UNFURLED, was designed in 1986 David Pedrick was the first ever to attach a winged keel to a one off yacht. UNFURLED has been built by the famous shipyard DERECKTOR in New York.
She has been purchased by her current owner back in 2014 in Singapore and he has sailed her to the Mediterranian until May 2016. The yacht has always been very well maintained, she is now ready to sail even for the longest voyage.

Description:Cotton Blossom 2 is a sloop built in 1979 by Ocean Racing Yachts built by Tim Gurr and Peter Sowman for Peter Spencer designed by Bruce Farr as a cruiser/racer. She was the gun boat in Auckland and in the Pacific, later in Wellington under Brian Gold also held records for the Cook Strait.
She left Wellington in 1987 for Sydney and raced in Melbourne completing several Sydney Hobart races.
Bought by the present owners in 1995 and refitted for charter work both in the Bay of Islands and Vanuata. Has since been raced frequently up the Pacific Islands as well as longer coastal races.
Has been rated IMS, IRC and PHRF.

GUEST CABINS:
The two (2) guest cabins have upper & lower berths (removable upper berths) with lockers outboard. The upper berths in the guest cabins are installed with block & tackle for offshore adjustment when heeled with webbing installed on the underside. Remova-ble bulkhead on centerline between the two (2) forward cabins with custom cloth storage covers for bulkhead.

MAIN SALOON:
There are custom cushions with LAPUAN NAHKA 0112 leather upholstery in the saloon, settee and dressing stool in the aft cabin and nav. seat; SUNBREUA Navy pad padded cover for the saloon table. The upholstery for the mattresses in the aft and forward cab-ins is ESPE KINO No. 15 with ORIENT OCCIDENT BENNY H, Nature, and curtains at the side windows.
The crew covers for the cushions and berths is SUN0RELLA 5439, Dark Blue as well as the lee cloths for all berths, pipecots in the saloon, and settees on the starboard side of the saloon.

There is a glass locker on the front bulkhead in the saloon. The dining table is divided into two (2) halves and is removable. A compass rose is inlaid in the middle of the table top. A lockable checkers/backgammon table is between the chairs on the port side (in lieu of the standard settee); both the table and chairs are removable.
An insert for the removable bar locker can be used as a berth mattress is supplied. Modified sofa and lockers are at the starboard side of the saloon.
There is a removable Dark Blue pilot berth on the port and starboard side in the saloon with block tackle.

GALLEY:
The countertops in the galley are White CORIAN.

NAVIGATION STATION:
There is a shelf outboard of the navigation seat with, a locker for the computer printer under. A teak shelf/holder is located inboard for two (2) B&G displays; instrument panels are on hinges and are lockable with PRIMO locks. A restraining arm on the port side of the seat provides lee support when heeled.

AFT CABIN:
There is a louvered hanging locker door in the aft cabin with a swing-out stool if front of the vanity. A stainless steel removable ladder with angled footsteps with tread master insert. A magnifying mirror/light is located in the dressing table with lights around the mir-ror and there are small compartments in a storage tray; dressing mirror on front bulk-head is one-half height with teak frame; tie-rod Integrated with mirror.

Description:This is the only Swan 56 Custom ever build. There will never be another 56 like Latona. The owners brief to design, build and the fastest, strongest engineered 56 at Nautor Swan to race/cruising worldwide without consideration of cost to accomplish the brief. Under German Frers, SP Systems and Swan she exceeded what the owner wanted. At a cost of nearly twice that of a standard 56, here is a work of art by a wide margin the most beautiful yacht.
Her hull, deck, internal structure was engineered by SP Systems to be the strongest lightest using composites, carbon where needed for more strength. Interior is totally custom cored to save weight and gorgeous with owners cabin aft with entrance. Her larger sail plan than standard along with major upgrades in 2010, new T design keel, new designed carbon rudder, new lighter stronger carbon spar to increase stability ma-jor increase in performance and rating. Any sailor would be thrilled to own her.

Description:Since the owner order his sail boat, that was 1985, until these days, he has used Itxas Ertz (means the border of the ocean in Basque language) as is home, living
on board. The first twenty years combining the time on board and the other time in his big fishing ship. In all this time he has crossed de Atlantic several times and sailed many times between Spain and the Canary Islands.
This is a real sail boat, strong, comfortable and for long distances, well maintained, although now some jobs in maintenance has to be done. Aspect that gains credentials with the passage of time is the solidity of construction. The North Wind 47 is laminated with a Plasticel rigid foam sandwich in hull and deck.

The lounge under deck has dining options for 35 guests, which can easily be refurbished into a conference room.

Bar:

The bar is a mahogany masterpiece. Good with storage space for drinks in the fridge and storage room. Toilet on the same deck nearby.

cabins:

Sailing boat is furnished with 8 guest cabins + a crew cabin where almost everyone is equipped with each bathroom. The cabins are furnished so you have a comfortable stay on board Lady Ellen.
Pantry:The galley is equipped as a well-functioning restaurant kitchen. Here it is no problem to serve a three course dinner for 90 guests.

Equipped with large ovens, industrial washing machine that takes only 2 minutes on dishes and all stainless steel surfaces.
Sails:Lady Ellen is equipped with 13 "Henrik Ottossons Sails" sails equivalent to about 800kvm. All three masts have been renovated a few years back and all standing rigs have been replaced, about 1100 m with wire. Rig and sail are continuously observed and are inspected and maintained every three years.
Description:Lady Ellen combines all the qualities that make up a wonderful classic yacht. Beyond her astonishing beauty, she offers space, comfort, speed and golden opportunities as a commercial vessel with E 100 pax certificate. Classed by Germanischer Lloyd to carry 100 day passengers and 27 passengers in eight cabins during nights.

All maintenance work on Lady Ellen has been carried out by professionals. The hull is made of submarine steel. Built in 1982 at Kockums Submarine Yard in Sweden. All accomodation by Vindö Yacht Yard. All rigging from Skagen in Denmark. All susperstructure incl. the wheel house and the bar in the deck house is cladded with teak. All decks are laid in teak. Rails etc. in oak.


After her launch in 1982, she crossed the Atlantic Ocean 16 times, sailed to the United States, Canada, the Mediterranean and sailed in storms in the Caribbean and Bermuda.

SY Lady Ellen was built by Tradewind & Lars Johansson in 1982 and quickly became an icon as exclusive charter boat in the Mediterranean with the San Remo starting point. After a couple of years, she was sold to Bertil Karlsson who started the trip home to Orust and an 18 year old love story.
Today, the ship is owned by a Swedish shipping company that is now ready to send the bar to the left.

Lady Ellen is a well-established charter boat, and has been in Oslo for a number of years.



Lady Ellen is a tremendous bramseil connoisseur who started her sailing in 1982. As a charter she fits perfectly for kickoffs, parties or conferences. When she is not on a trip, she is safe at her pier in Skärhamn and works well as a restaurant. The hull is built of submarine steel at Kockum shipyard in Sweden in 1982. The interior is built by Vindø and rig of Skagen in Denmark. The entire main deck is in exclusive teak.



Lady Ellen is a solid ship with many possibilities. It accommodates 90 day guests and 27 overnight guests + crew. The boat is furnished with 8 guest cabins, large lounge, fully equipped bar and a galley with restaurant equipment.
